ashtanga as a tool for healing
"knowing oneself comes from attending with compassionate curiosity to what is happening within." -gabor maté
ashtanga as a tool for connection
"without a community, without a sangha to share our ups and downs with, practice can get quite lonely and confusing. when we have a place to go to for support, understanding, and acceptance, a place where we can be vulnerable and weak without being judged, we grow more easily." -tim feldmann.
ashtanga as a tool for creativity
"to create space for inspiration, we might consider practices of quieting the mind." -rick rubin.
experience the way a regular ashtanga practice cuts through the noise to help you focus and cultivate clarity.

this is hungry work
"ashtanga is for the hungry. the ones who have something gnawing inside. the ones who honestly aren’t happy accepting complacent norms. ashtanga is for those who are alive with an intense feeling that there are worlds to discover. worlds that are only found by reaching, passionately, inwards for expression that will contribute to personal and collective healing."
-david garrigues

practice led primary with me ❤️🔥
*keep in mind that led primary is not a "beginner" class. if this is hard for you, you're doing it right. try it, have fun with it, and come back when you're ready to learn more, because my one and only job is to get you to see your potential.

How is ashtanga different than other types of yoga?
Excellent question. Check out these "get started" videos to learn more and get an idea of how Sādhaka is structured to support your yoga journey.
Should I sign up for the "premium" or the "basic" membership?
Depends what you are looking for.
The premium membership gives you access to the live classes and the community. It's $54.99 a month (which, if you were to take ~4 classes a week at your local studio, that'd be $320 a month).
The basic membership is $29.99 a month and gives you access to the pre-recorded classes for you to go at your own pace.
Can I see the calendar before I decide which membership to sign up for?
Yup, check it out here.
Do you have any classes besides ashtanga?
Yes. There are "drill" classes that hone in on a particular area of the body you might need to open up or strengthen.
For those wanting to deepen their practice, there are also pranayama classes, meditations, and spirituality talks.
