What is included in a membership?

As a member you'll get access to the library of full-length on demand classes, weekly livestreams with Marla, and access to the Sādhaka Community. The classes are a mix of levels, lengths, and styles.

Sādhaka Studio is a community-based platform. I take your feedback seriously. As it continues to grow, new classes and tutorials will be uploaded based on all of your needs!

I am new to yoga. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Not everyone grows up practicing yoga. Marla didn't. A beginner program will be coming soon, but the classes are designed to break down and make even the most complex of postures accessible.

Start where you are, be consistent, and watch how fast your progress.

Can I try out a class before I join?

Yes. There is a 7-day free trial for all new students.

Once the free trial expires, you’ll automatically become a member and will be billed at the subscription price chosen when you first began your free trial. You’ll be able to stream all of our videos anytime, anywhere, from the web and from the app.

Please note, in regards to cancellations, there are no refunds. To avoid being charged after starting a trial you must cancel the trial before expiration.

Can I take the classes on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Sādhaka Studio is available through both the web and a mobile app.

However, should you choose to not download the app, our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I cancel my subscription if I decide it's not for me?

Of course. Not all yoga styles and not all yoga teachers are the right fit for every student.

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

I'm injured. Can I still do these classes?

You should always check with your doctor before starting any program to ensure you are cleared for exercise.

That being said, often more movement is the answer to a lot of our problems, not less.
