Take a deep dive into the ashtanga yoga method and join Marla for a 4-Week Ashtanga Yoga Immersion during the month of May.
What you'll get:
Create a practice plan with Marla and stick to it --> Commit to practicing in morning Mysore class, 8:15am-10am EST, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May 5 to May 28, 2026.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, prior to Mysore class, 7:45am-8:15am EST, Marla will cover a core ashtanga principle, including: ujjayi breathing, dristhi, bandhas, memorizing the sequence, learning sanskrit names, and opening and closing mantras.
Led Full Primary class every Sunday at 10:00 am EST (recording available).
